Obesity has become a problem today, for its treatment, a person makes various efforts such as exercising, changing diet, reducing food intake, taking different types of medicines, but still not all people are successful. Such changes do not make obesity less certain as the causes of obesity are different for each person. Successful treatment can be done only when the correct cause is known. Doctor Manju Singh is a successful doctor, she finds the cause of obesity before starting treatment so that weight can be reduced.

This is a disease that is happening to almost every class of people. Nowadays even small children are suffering from this kind of problem. This disease is also called Medorog. The fat of obesity is called Meddhatu in Ayurveda. Due to this problem, there can be many diseases like insomnia, kidney disease, diabetes, stroke, fatty liver, arthritis - joint disease. To avoid such diseases, it is also necessary to avoid obesity. Some people ignore this which is very wrong. It is not right to just ignore it as fat. Dr. Manju Singh of Varun Herbal Clinic has done extensive study about Ayurveda and is still doing research on this subject. She says that the work of building the body is done by seven dhatus such as Rasa, Rakta, Maas, Meda, Bone, Marrow, and Shukra. All these metals perform different functions. Fat maintains the affection properties in the body, due to which bones are formed. Blood is formed from the fat of red color. Due to less fat, joint pain starts and blood loss also starts.

Apart from this, dryness starts in the body. With the increase of fat, fat starts accumulating on many parts of the body, most of the fat is collected on the waist and abdomen. Due to the increase of fat, bad odor also starts coming in the body, but it does not happen in all the people. Consuming more fattening food leads to obesity, due to which obesity increases further and the body starts looking unformed. The increase in fat makes it difficult for other dhatus to get nourishment due to which a person starts looking old soon. Sexual problem due to lack of nutrition to Venus.

The imbalance of metals in the body leads to fatigue and weakness. Due to the increase in fat, sweating starts increasing. Excessive sweating causes odour. If you want to measure obesity, then check BMI i.e. body mass index. To calculate BMI i.e. Body Mass Index, measure your weight, then look at the height and square it and divide by the weight. Whichever answer is obtained is the BMI i.e. Body Mass Index.
